Experience
Inspiration to teach comes from my desire to improve the world in whatever way I can. I know students get frustrated in the classroom from time to time, and I want to share what I know with others to help them work through learning obstacles and achieve success. I feel very proud of my students who are able to learn successfully. I know that everyone learns differently and at different speeds, and I will bring patience and my adaptability to my students so that I can match their learning style with my teaching approach and work at their pace. The improvements that students make will provide satisfaction for the student, myself, parents, teachers, and others. I went to Montgomery College to earn my associates degree in chemistry, and I'm currently pursuing a medical laboratory technology degree. I can assist students in algebra, trigonometry, chemistry, geometry, pre-calculus, pre-algebra, middle school math, elementary school math, study skills and organization, and music and percussion. I've been giving music lessons for the past seven years on instruments like the drums, French horn, trombone, and trumpet. In my free time, I enjoy video games, technology, playing music, listening to music, exercise, basketball, and soccer.
